Thank you for shopping at Silver Squid Jewellery. We appreciate your support for our handmade products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your handmade jewellery, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at silversquidjewellery@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Package the item securely and include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Please note that:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale items are generally non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service at silversquidjewellery@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been processed and shipped.
